Out of this World Collage.

This alien collage is great for the younger group. They start with a watercolor wash, then cut already painted paper into planets, aliens, and space ship. A little glue and some googly eyes and they have a masterpiece. Its a great parent and child craft. Pair it with an exhibit of my alien paintings. Plan on 2 hours. Contact us HERE to schedule a workshop.

Sock Monster Stuffy.

Kids love stuffed animals. The 2 and a half hour workshop for up to 12 patrons will help kids sew their own sock monster using thread and a needle. They get to choose a prepared sock and design the eyes and face of their monster. To schedule a Sock Monster Stuffy Workshop at your library, contact us HERE.

Interactive Art Installation

Be out of this world with a down to earth inclusive Art Installation. Invite your patrons to help color one tile of the big picture each time they come to the library. Plan it alongside a reading program or use it to add value to your patron’s experience as they visit your library. You can read my blog about it HERE. If you’d like to have an art installation, contact me.

Patron Handouts

Encourage Kids to bring their parents back to the library each week by offering a new extra terrestrial coloring page. Encourage them to collect them all. Coloring helps develops hand eye coordination. Coloring pages can be altered to include your library’s name and contact info. To include this in your library, contact me HERE.

Teen Painting

Bring an alien home with a teen painting activity. Saturdays or Tuesday-Thursdays after school are a great time to gather together a bunch of kids that love to paint. Everyone goes home with the same alien. For best results, plan 3 hours. Contact us HERE for available dates.

See Blog Post about this picture.
